I presented my lenovo smartphone model no. S850 at your Jaipur service center for repairing its touch pad on 17/08/2016 but till now my phone have not repair. They always tells me that its parts are not available.I have really frustrated with the behavior of lenovo service center’service. So i request u to take my complain serious and show quick response on my complain.

My Lenovo k3 Note has massive screen problem. 15 days before i just took it back from service center. But today still all those screen problem and also my ph l.c.d going darker.

lenovo zuk z1 – No Customer Repair Service

I bought device via amazon on 9 june 16 but after operating it wifi not working so i sent back to co and got another device on 23rd of june. after one week i found that its creating problems like heating to much on charging as well as on working about 10 to 20 minutes also hanging to much at last i went to service centre they told me after one week it will be ok but very sad that till now i unabel to got my device due to unavalability of spares provide by lenovo co. it means lenovo co. dont care of customers and its target is only sale and sale
