I INVITE CORRESPONDENCE RESTING ON THE SUBJECT AND WISH TO SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING FOR YOUR PERUSAL.
1. MOBILE IS IN YOUR SERVICE CENTER SINCE 23.02.2015 AND YOUR CORPORATE PEOPLE HAVE ALSO NOT TAKEN INITIATE ON MY GENUINE REQUEST FOR REPLACEMENT OF MOBILE.
2. MOBILE IS GIVING PROBLEM SINCE BEGINNING AND PURCHASED SAME ON 14.01.2015. YOUR SERVICE CENTER HAS REPORTED THE PROBLEM AS UNDER.
QUOTE : BATTERY BACK UP , PHONE IS GETTING STOPPED WITH THE REASON DOUBLE LOCK. IS IT NOT A MANUFACTURING PROBLEM. HOW A REPUTED COMPANY LIKE YOURS WILL RELEASE THE MOBILE WITHOUT TESTING . WHY CUSOMER HAS TO SUFFER FOR YOURS DEFECIENCY IN SERVICES.
3. Your service center at Hanamkonda is not fully EQUIPPED OR PROPER PERSONS REPLY FOR THE GREVENIENCES OF CUSTOMERS.
Considering the above , I request your good selves to kindly replace my mobile in good and perfect condition with all accessories or alternatively refund the amount plus damages for delay in services.
PLEASE EXPEDITE YOUR REPLY TREAting the matter as urgent.

Dear sir , my request for replacement of mobile is not considered positively and i will be constrained to initiate appropriate steps for the loss of time and others through appropriate forum. repeating the old and same answer will not serve the purpose like a reputed company like yours please.
